 Chocolate Nut Wreaths 
You will need.
Melt the chocolate over a bowl of simmering hot water.
Spoon the melted chocolate into a piping bag fitted with a plane or star tube.
Pipe chocolate into 5 cm diameter circles which have been drawn onto a greaseproof
paper-lined tray.
Arrange nuts and fruit on the chocolate rings while the chocolate is still soft.
Allow them to cool. Even refrigerate for a few minutes. Store in a cool place. (Maybe even
hide.)
