scary and unerving
where am I..........
I look around
who am I............
I look at myself
the calm now is a storm
tearing apart my mind
I reel thrash and twist
turn burn and scream
the pain is to much
why can’t anyone help me

Not knowing myself
fire drips from my eyes
water from my brain
