The people and bands on this page are ones that I have
grown to love. But they are rather unknown in the United States so I want to do my
part spreading the word! If you have some spare time please check them out, I
promise you won't regret it.

Espen is a singer with a
fantastic voice from Norway. He hasn't released anything in the US as of yet, but I hope
he will because I'm sure he'll be successful. Especially if what happened in Europe
is any indication of what will happen here (he's got a legion of teenybopper fans). Looks
aside though, he's got a beautiful voice and shows talent for songwriting. You can learn
more at the Unofficial American Espen Lind Site and the Official
Korean Espen Lind Site. There are plenty of sound clips, pics, lyrics, and info
at both of them.

Curve is the duo of Toni
Halliday (the singer pictured at left) and Dean Garcia. The first time I heard them, I was
amazed at how much they sound like Garbage. But it turns out the opposite is
true...Garbage just sounds like Curve. These guys have been around for awhile, just
not in the US. You can find more info at the Official Curve Site and Missing Link, a very good fan site. |

| The best way to describe Imogen (that's
"im-a-gin") would be a cross between Tori Amos and Alanis Morissette...with a
bit of techno thrown in. I quickly became hooked on 'Come Here Boy,' her first single, and
the rest are just as good. She shows incredible talent for being only 19 years old. 19!
That's my age! People like this make me wonder just what it is I've been doing my whole
life. The only website I could find for Imogen is her Official
Site at Almo. |

| I first learned about Delerium when I
heard 'Silence' on the radio, a song that Sarah did guest vocals on. And since I adore
that song I went out and got 'Karma'. Delerium is made up of two men named Bill Leeb and
Rhys Fulber. They make all of the electronica semi-Enigma-like music, and occasionally a
track will have guest vocals provided by a female singer. If you do nothing else, I
*highly* recommend you go to their Official Nettwerk Site just to hear a clip of
'Silence'. |
