With the ever growing popularity of the Backstreet Boys, so comes the increasing amount of criticism we as fans have to endure. It seems that the more fame the gain, the more people mock them. We are looked on as screaming, frantic, shameless little girls who flit from one fad to the next, only stopping from time to time to check our hair and lip gloss in a mirror. Sure, there ARE fans like that, but there are other fans out here who love, appreciate and admire the Backstreet Boys for more reasons than Brian's eyes and Nick's hair. And these fans are the ones who really know what it's like to "keep the Backstreet pride alive"!
But what happens when someone has backed you in a corner - mocking you and your favorite Boys to the point you're running out of civil responses and they aren't listening to a thing you're saying? When you feel as if the only choices you have range from surrendering to screaming, it's time to call in the Backstreet Pride Preservers.
