This was a BBQ hosted by the entire Lower Quad, in front of a crowd close to 300! We hadn't played for a month together and we kind of winged it figuring we play so tight anyway, we probably will even though it had been a month. Well, the crowd loved it! We kept getting compliments all weekend....but we were harsher on ourselves of course. Listening to a tape of it afterwards, we could be more forgiving.....there are some great moments. But, next time we play out we will of course rehearse a lot and come to a place near you! I was so shaken after that I wrote 2 more songs, which I think are some of the best so far. We'll see!
