Highly regarded in World
music circles, this band are apparently one of the oldest WOMAD acts, and
they went down a storm at this years festival. I must admit I didn't get
off on them at first, only listening to their music from the food area,(
which is not the best place in the arena for acoustics ) they sounded
rather strange, but having watched them on video a few times, they
certainly have something special and their dancing and instrumentation
are very distinctive.
