Rick Burton played bass with Jerry Miller on what was
possibly the first studio recording made by either
Rick or Jerry, a 1964 single by a band called The Elegants.
Their paths later diverged, but that common point of origin is
evident in Rick's playing. Rick is an intuitive musician, able to
sense the flow of the music and weave his bass lines with perfection.
