Chapter 10
Three months later, Laura anxiously waited at the gate for Kevin's plane to land. It wasn't easy, but they had indeed survived the three months apart, and since she had become a close friend with her boss, she had been given permission to take a week off. Kevin had the next month off, with the exception of a few meetings and interviews.
Laura felt her heart quicken, when she saw a plane pull up to the gate. She got even more excited when the door opened and passengers started entering the airport. She heard some laughter just before she saw Kevin. He slowed down and looked around, knowing that she was going to be there to meet him.
Kevin had actually walked right past Laura. She walked up behind him and tapped him on the shoulder. He quickly turned around, and Laura watched as an unbelievable smile spread across his face. He moved out of the way of the oncoming crowd, and scooped Laura into his arms. Laura simply just hung onto Kevin for several minutes, not believing she was back in his arms again.
"Hey lovebirds, if you want a ride home Kevin, you better hurry up," they heard Brian say.
"It's okay Brian. I have my car here. I will make sure Kevin makes it out of here." Laura said.
"Well, we should be going. I should at least have one of the security guards that we should have accompanying us out of the airport." Kevin said as he picked up his bags again.
"Well the sooner we can get out of here, the better." Laura said as they started walking.
An hour later, they pulled into Kevin's garage. They had agreed they would spend the remainder of the day at Kevin's. Giving him time to unpack and get some laundry done. Laura had brought a bathing suit with her and spent some time in the pool while Kevin was busy around the house.
Kevin finally joined her in the pool. Laura could feel her self becoming aroused as they swam around. Laura couldn't take it anymore, and cornered Kevin. He knew exactly what she had in mind, and didn't stop her. She started by removing his swim trunks and took his erect member in her hand. "Ever been skinny dipping before?" Kevin asked.
"No, but there is a first for everything." Laura said, as Kevin removed the top and bottom of her bikini. Kevin led the way to the stairs in the shallow end, and didn't waste anytime. They both reached their climax quickly, since it had been sometime since they had both been together.
After they both had an opportunity to recover from their activities in the pool, Kevin suggested they order in pizza for dinner. Kevin ordered the pizza, and then they both dried off and got dressed.
Once they had finished eating dinner, they grabbed some cold drinks and sat out on the patio and talked for hours. Laura was so glad to have Kevin here with her again. Finally around 11pm, Kevin suggested they head to bed. Kevin was exhausted from the trip home, and Laura was just happy to sleep in his arms that night.
The next day, they both slept well into the afternoon. Late in the afternoon they made their way over to Laura's place. Kevin never did see what Laura had done to the place, and loved it once he saw it. He thought it would make a great home away from home. Laura checked her messages and phoned Gloria back quickly, as soon as she listened to the message. Gloria was anxious to have them over for dinner. Kevin had no objections and they headed over to her apartment as soon as they got off the phone.
They talked up such a storm, that it was 2 am in the morning before anyone realized how late it was. Gloria offered them her guestroom, but they declined and spent the night at Laura's condo.
Before they knew it, their week together had ended, and Laura had to go back to work. But they still enjoyed their evenings and weekends together for the duration of the month.
It was difficult when Kevin went on the road again, but with them touring North America this time, Kevin flew Laura out to spend almost every weekend with him, so that made it a little easier on both of them.
