Welcome to the official Juneau Douglas High School Pep Band Web Page.Unlike most Pep Bands, we do not play for football games, we play for basketball games. There are several reasons for this:1, we live in a rain forest;2, it rains a lot here;3, we have no protection from the rain;4, we'd prefer to keep our electric bass players alive. As of right now we are just starting off our school year, however this years Pep Band looks to be even better than last year! I have no idea how that's possible, but we have a lot of dedicated, hard working musicians this year, many of whom are new to JDHS. With hard work, a passion for music, and a love for fun, the members of the 99/00 JDHS Pep Band will truely rock.We love our Crimson Bears! | |||||||||||||||||||

Without the support,dedication, and encouragement of our Director, Mr. Ken Guiher, the Pep Band would be non-existant, because we are required to have a faculty member present. We love you Mr.Guiher.
