BACKSTREET BOY TO SING ANTHEM AT HOCKEY GAME
The Backstreet Boys' sensitive singer, Brian Littrell, is brushing up on the American National Anthem. Brian plans to sing the national
anthem at the Kentucky Thoroughblades' hockey
game against the Louisville Panthers on Jan. 22, Launch.com reports.
The Thoroughblades will donate a percentage of the ticket proceeds to Brian's Healthy Heart Club. The club gives support to children
preparing for and recovering from surgery.
The Healthy Heart Club is especially important to Brian since he was hospitalized for treatment for an infection of his heart muscle in 1980. Brian was born with a Ventricular Septal Defect, which is a small hole between the ventricles of the heart. The Backstreet member underwent surgery again in 1998 to repair the defect.
Hockey and Brian fans can buy tickets for the hockey game at the Rupp Arena Box Office and Ticketmaster outlets.

Pop Star To Perform at T-blades Game
Lexington, KY...Brian Littrell of the Backstreet
Boys will sing the national anthem at the Kentucky
Thoroughblades' game against the Louisville Panthers
on January 22nd in a promotion that will benefit Brian
Littrell's Healthy Heart Club.
The T-blades will donate a portion of each ticket sold from
the game to Brian Littrell's Healthy Heart Club,
which provides assistance to children preparing for and
rehabilitating from surgery.
It will be Littrell's first performance in Rupp Arena since
the two sold out Backstreet Boys concerts on November
26th and 27th.
Tickets for the Jan.22nd game, which faces off at
7:30pm, and the rest of the T-blades season are
currently on sale now. You can purchase tickets at the Rupp
Arena Box Office and all TicketMaster outlets.
