Allan was born on 24 of April in small town Roskilde (near Copenhagen). And at his fourth birthday (and first drum-set :-) all neighbors know that they live around place of future drummer king! At the age of ten little Allan get his first rock album - "Back In Black" by AC/DC. He played him all by himself until the age of fourteen, and then he started to jam with several rock bands. Soon he finds the way to serious music with his first professional band "Narita", and starts to perfecting his drumming by taking private lessons from many world-famous drummers (Mikkey Dee, for example).
Playing with his friends in "Narita", Allan hearing much about "Royal Hunt", and fell in love with their music. Soon "Narita" was in need of keyboard player for their second album, and they asked Andre Andersen. Allan and Andre became good friends, but they have their own bands to play with already... But something bothering Allan's mind, and he decide to leave "Narita". And meanwhile "Royal Hunt" lost Kenneth Olsen due to his illness....
So, Allan get his chance, and he don't let his luck fly away. He helps Andre with "Royal Hunt" concert tour, drumming at recordings of "Paradox", and soon becomes a member of the band. What can be said about extraordinary drumming skills of Allan Sorensen? He have alot of heroically deeds in his past (like playing "Royal Hunt" play-set for 36 hours :-), and many more to come in future. With such drummer Andre don't have time to worry about RH rhythmical section. She is in good hands!
