JCS: Have we discussed your “desert-island five” yet (wince, wince)?
CP: Oh no.
JCS: OK, OK, you don’t have to do it if you don’t want to.
CP: Anyhow it would be hard for me to pick just five ...
JCS: Try.
CP: I would have to include:
Rite of Spring by Stravinsky,
Bird With Strings : Live at Carnegie Hall,
Miles Smiles,
Sergeant Pepper’s Lonely Hearts Club Band ...
... have to include some Lester Young ...
... basically I hope I’m not ever stuck on an island with only five records.
