Midi Music Links
The following sites contain a variety of original music from many different composers. Enjoy some excellent music from some very talented musicians! Since you won't be able to listen to all the music at one sitting, I recommend bookmarking these sites as I did.
Midiots  now! There are many other Midiots (Midi Composers) out there. Check them out for lots of great music!
MidiWorld A very attractive site with loads of music to enjoy along with some beautiful graphics!
Midi Composers' Exchange Here’s a great site with original music from many composers around the world.
Composers Central If you like to sample others' creativity, here's another wide variety of original music.
Original Midi Gizmo And here's the Original Midi Gizmo, another great site for original music on the web.
Midi City Midi City has a very large collection of all sorts of music including original compositions.
The Other Side BBS The Other Side BBS is another great site dedicated to original midis. It has a monthly contest, discussion board etc.

My Musical Friends
Here are links to some of my musical friends on the internet. Check out their web pages and MP3 music. You might even want to buy their CD's. It's well worth your while!

JP Snell Web MP3 JP writes great innovative rock, new age, and techno music. If you're tired of the same old thing go have a listen to JP's music at his website or MP3 page.
Stephan G Web MP3 Stephan G does lots of beautiful melodic music with a southwestern flavor. Check out his web page for midis and his MP3 site for audio. You'll be tempted to buy his CD.
Bob Richards MP3 Bob is a cool jazz artist. He writes everything from upbeat rock style jass to beautiful melodic jazz ballads. Try his music and CD at MP3.com. You'll be glad you did.
Technically Shy MP3 Technically Shy is a group consisting of the above three gentlemen and myself. We met on the internet but haven't yet met in person. We've put together a CD of an eclectic blend rock, jazz, new age, and ballad music. Check out our CD on MP3.com, particularly our collaborative effort, Obsession Breeds Insanity.

Software Synthesizer Links
The following links present several software synthesizers for those of you without a wave table sound card or external synth. I use them extensively when I listen to web music and even for editing my own files on my laptop. They all offer free trial versions. Check them out!
Go to Roland Try Roland’s GM/GS Software Synthesizer. Great for those limited to FM sound cards.
Go to Yamaha Check out Yamaha’s GM/XG Soft Synthesizers.
Go to Nova Station Here’s the Nova Station XG Soft Synth from Interactive Trek Technology.
Go to WinGroove And there’s Hiroki Nakayama’s WinGroove Soft synth.
Go to RealMedia If you don’t yet have the RealMedia player go get it now!
