A lot of different bands became known as The Roulettes now. In the summer of
'93 Mari Blount, Naomi Balatbat and Jennie Lee started X-Daisie which later
broke up in '96. Mari and Jennie hooked up with other bassists and started
Kitty Spit 'n Fire. Former bassists were Chase Croft, Amber Young, Shelly
Jones and Keith Cloyd. In the summer of '98 Kitty Spit 'n Fire changed again
to The Roulettes and added Brandon Elliot on bass and Jeremy Ward on guitar.
They hail from all over the Seattle area. They've played shows from Olympia to
Bellingham at places such as; Auburn's Best Annex, Arrow Space in Olympia,
Ground Zero, The Capitol Theater and others. Some bands they've played with
are; Mocket, Murder City Devils, Sleater Kinney (all at Yo Yo A Go Go), Gobal
Murder, Soilent Green, Diamond Fist Werny, The Whoa Men and more.
