Zack is the powerful vocal force of Rage. He is Chicano is descent. He was born on January 12, 1970 in Long Beach, CA. His father, Beto, was an artist, a member of the political artistry group, 'Los Four'. They painted pictures ok Mexican farmers and brought up Chicano history. He also organizes local shows, writes, and does poetry, in addition to his RATM duties. Zack used to play guitar and sing for a band called Hardstance. He then formed Inside Out, released a CD, and broke up. The Rage came together. Since then, he has organized college groups, and activist visits to Mexico, and the National Commission for Democracy in Mexico. He has spoken to high school students, and is currently working on a youth center in LA.
