If you want to send me a message, be it complimentary or utterly inane and ill-informed, feel free to e-mail me at regular_john@hotmail.com. Any amusing messages could be posted up somewhere. I'd also like people to send me any (small) scans of the record covers which I can't get. Or you could tell me what they look like, and I'll do an artist's impression of what they look like, although this would be crap. Any contributions would be gratefully received, such as pictures, reviews of shows you've been to, any news, constructive criticism or if you spotted a glaring spelling mistake. The links below should work by the way - tell me if they don't.

The first Queens Of The Stone Age site
This is the first website devoted to QotSA (damn these fast workers), and is very snazzy indeed. There are also some lyrics there, so you can go there to fathom out what the hell Josh is warbling about.
Loosegroove's QOTSA page
Loosegroove are a Seattle-based label (which I think is part-owned by some geezer out of Pearl Jam) partly responsible for the release of the album. This page has an excellent picture of the band (which I should have stolen to spice my site up a bit, come to think of it), and an amusing biography. Unfortunately, it contains a "from the ashes of Kyuss"-type line in it, which is rapidly becoming a cliché with this band.
Roadrunner's QOTSA page
Roadrunner are the other label responsible for getting the album out there. They also sell that Burn One Up! compilation, which is the only place you can probably get that "18 AD" song. Click on the Bands icon in order to find the Queens icon that leads to some info on the band.

Man's Ruin Records
This is the cool label that has done the Queens' indie releases, with songs that you won't find on the album. It's run by the artist Frank Kozik, whose art and other work can be found here aswell.
Samples off the album
Listen to 30 second snippets of every song off the album at www.tunes.com. The "Regular John" clip rather annoyingly has the really cool riff bit right at the end of the sample, just as it's fading out. Morons.
Some more samples off the album
Only the first 5 this time. This place also seem to be up with the tour news. And you get that "Regular John" riff in full.
Other band sites
Dominic's Kyuss page - The oldest (probably), and has loads of information.
Australian Jay's Kyuss page - Even better, thanks to some ace sound samples of rare songs. Go here to find out what "18 A.D." sounds like.
Unida's page - The singer from Kyuss is now in this very new band.

The Unofficial Gameboy Tetris Homepage
I am a sucker for simple, elegant design, which is why I love the game Tetris, even when you wait ages for one of those long blocks, and then you lose the game because you've piled too many zigzaggy blocks on top of each other. Anyway, this is a beautiful site, done by someone who I assume is some sort of art/design student. I hope he got all A's.
DeSoto Records
Home of the band Jawbox, who I love even more than Queens Of The Stone Age (and almost as much as Kyuss). They're even big fans of QOTSA. Plus some other wicked bands, like Shiner and Burning Airlines.
The Southern Studios
This place is bloody hee-owge (huge). It has loads of pages for bands on labels such as Dischord, Touch and Go, Gern Blandsten, Slowdime, Skin Graft, etc. Fugazi and Bluetip are also two of my favourite bands, by the way. Go there and discover some new music by accident.
The Deftones
Yeah. I like the Deftones too.
