The band....
The group consists of five members: John Reipas, Ray Reigstad, Roxie Terry, Terry Kapaun, and Johnny Johnson.
Formed in the summer of 1993 in Minneapolis, Stepchild has been writing songs and gigging as well as producing their own videos.
Each member of Stepchild has roots that run deep in the Twin Cities music scene. Ray and John played in Static Taxi from 1986 to 1991 with the late great Bob Stinson. Simultaneously Roxie was performing with The Clams who released two singles and one LP, "Exile on Lake Street". Kapaun's former projects include Groovious Maximus, Stone Blue,..etc

played many different venues, toured with Babys In Toyland and
have
released two video's

In May, Stepchild added Johnny as their latest member. Johnny cites Mick Ronson as his main influence and also collects duck stamps. |
