~~Love, Grown and still Growing~~
 

It started at the beginning,
we planted the seed
Then left it to grow,untended.

It worked on it's own, in silence for months
forgeing it's way up up up, till it felt the heat of the sun.
Finally breaking through, it's journey ended

But it wasn't finished you see,
there was more growing still.
The trunk, branches and leaves all to come.

It would build it's shaded canopy on high
Because, for some, love takes it's time.
As it had to grow into a beautiful GUM

While growing slowly inch by inch,
it cements it's roots for the solid future ahead.
For it wants to last forever

Through the good and the bad
It blossoms and spreads
And will leave this place, never
