Electric Ballroom London - Thursday 14/10/1999....

Supported By - Rico
What can I say about this gig, superb, awesome, incredible, dare I go on. If you were there you know what I'm talking about, but did you see Martin McCarrick walk through the crowd twice. Because not many people did or even recognised him, do you guy's now who Andy Cairns is..?
Therapy? hit the stage and the 'You Fat Bastard!' chant started. The first song was an instrumental (Big Cave In) and basically Therapy? kicked arse for 90 minutes, finishing with the amazing Potato Junkie. The set consisted of a mixture of new and old material and from what I could tell I recommend you get your hands on "Suicide Pact - You First" asap. They also gave all the song from Troublegum to the fans as this was a period as Andy put it, that caused the band many problems. They played stuff from this album but Andy had the crowd sing the words, and at one point got someone from the Audience onstage (Pete) to sing Nowhere. If your into ROCK music and you've never seen a band live before, you'd be hard pushed to be present at a better show that a Therapy? gig.
