Support Bands - DEFENESTRATION and NERVE
Therapy? hit Brighton again, this time at a different venue, (Not that 'REALLY FUCKING GRIM PLACE' the Brighton Centre as quoted by Michael McKeegan), The Concorde 2, basically a pub with a back hall. Well the word on the street is that Therapy? were a big band a few years ago, and maybe this is true now the Troublegum era is over, but they are still writing and performing great music. In my opinion smaller venue's are better than your Wembley's etc, of this world, and the sound and atmosphere is much better. At a Therapy? gig you are almost guaranteed these days to see the boys wandering around through the crowd, well all of 'em except Michael McKeegan, and this gig was no exception. My girlfriend came along who had never seen Therapy? before and had only ever heard the track Die Laughing, and she thought this gig and the band were excellent, well what more can a say. Therapy? yet again Rock Rock Rock, the new songs played were brilliant and sounded great yet again 10 out of 10.
