Ever wonder where the fiddle came from? Ever hear of a haunted fiddle? How about a magic fiddle? A cornstalk fiddle? Ever wondered about that breed of fiddlers who compete for big prizes, or at least for the distinction of being top fiddler on their side of the mountain? As well as being a fiddler myself, I've also wondered about these things and have collected many stories about the fiddle and the fiddler. I'm about to go strolling.
