I'm feeling the need currently to spread the word about Baltimore's 2 greatest bands: Lake Trout and All Mighty Senators. Lake Trout tends to be a little more on the hip-hop/jungle/jazzy/soul/rock side of things while the Senators are a funk-in-your-face kind of rock combo. I've listed instrumentation to give you a better idea. I'm always willing and able to spin live shows from either band for those that are curious to hear the homespun music of Charm City. Drop me some email if you would like to set something up. Without further adieu, some tour dates in case you are REALLY interested: Lake Trout (band consists of drums, bass, 2 guitars, and sax/organ/percussion player) 21 Feb - Lion's Den; NYC - part of Fantastic Voyage System party featuring Melvin Sparks 25 Feb - Terrapin Station; College Park, MD (2 set show with DJ!) 26 Feb - The Rec Room; Baltimore, MD 06 March - State of the Union; Washington, D.C.
