LoS jams!!! I got into them first when a friend let me borrow "Euphoria". I have a couple of shows I traded for also. I am so impressed, mere words can't explain. Anyway, I heard a rumor that LoS was opening for Ratdog (Bob Weir's band) at the Electric Factory. If this is true, will it be just for that show or for Ratdog's entire current tour?? I will be going to see Ratdog in Louisville on 3/22. I also heard that LoS was coming to the Vogue Theater in Indianapolis (Broad Ripple) 3/26. Is there anyone that can confirm that?? I live in Indy and can't wait to see my first show!!! Thanks for any help you can give me............later Rus rusindy@sprynet.com When there was no ear to hear, you sang to me. -Hunter ------ =_NextPart_000_01BD4DD8.09691C00 Content-Type: message/rfc822 Content-Transfer-Encoding: 7bit From: Haney Jones To: "leftover@lists.colorado.edu" Subject: setlist question Date: Fri, 27 Feb 1998 02:13:04 -0500 MIME-Version: 1.0 Content-Type: text/plain; charset="us-ascii" Content-Transfer-Encoding: 7bit Anyone have the setlist from the 8.10.96 Acoustic Set?? Ok, so I'm chatting with this guy on the list and he's a chef (sorry, forgot your name, my memory is shit and I got things on my mind). And he agrees to may be do a little cooking at Merle. And this gets the wheels turning and I'm thinking, why don't we have some kind of potluck dinner one night. It'll have to be Fri or Sat. or may be sun after the festival. Anyways, we can grab the boys and be like "hey, we got a potluck dinner with all your fans, you're all invited and anyone else backstage who wants to come is welcome. Tell 'em you got the coolest fans and the world and they even feed you." And, then who knows who might show up? Though, going on the last time we invited the boys to meet and greet and eat, oh well, i'd choose Chadwicks over a burrito place as well. Speaking of Chadwicks. I was watching TV on Monday, this show on discovery about Spies (Two spies are family friends so I eat this stuff up, no shit, my dad works for the CIA) and they were talking about Aldrey Ames (Russian spy working in the CIA, cost many good people thier lives) and it starts with "under the Whitehest Freeway" and they are panning along the street and all of a sudden I see Chadwicks and I go "Hey, that's chadwicks" and then they say something to the affect of in chadwicks and I go "oh shit." For those wonder the signifigance here it is, you got chadwicks, next to that is a road, then a small rental car lot and then the Bayou. Just thought it was neat. ;) Ok, where was I? Oh yeah ideas. So, other ideas. Well, I see these rules about no alkiehal and no drugs, so anyone want to bring a couple of half empty 2 litter bottles and some of those funny brownies? Finally, anyone acctualy getting a hotel room that's got some AC current that we could say hook a tape deck or two to? Then may be some people could go home with some killer tapes and we could get the spreading started early? ;) Ok, let me know on these three ideas. matt ------ =_NextPart_000_01BD4DD8.09691C00 Content-Type: message/rfc822 Content-Transfer-Encoding: 7bit From: Colin Ovitsky To: Haney Jones Cc: "leftover@lists.colorado.edu" Subject: Re: setlist question Date: Fri, 27 Feb 1998 15:08:28 -0500 MIME-Version: 1.0 Content-Type: text/plain; charset="us-ascii" Content-Transfer-Encoding: 7bit > Anyone have the setlist from the 8.10.96 Acoustic Set??
