1.You've got a nice logo, who's the author?

Equitant composed this logo some years ago and yes, it's rather suitable.

2.It's known, there are not so many good black metal bands in the USA...There are more death metal bands, am I right? That's why, I'm interested in your opinion for the position in USA and also Europe, because here you're considered as the cult!

Well, this is the fashion, yet the mode in which we think: we do not consider ourselves to be associated with the mortal manifestation here in the United States and have always generated our own characteristics, as far as our music is concerned. Our music is stamped, more or less, as "mythological occult metal" and this does not derive from other euphonic inspirations; it originates from our liquid, glass-cased hearts. And yes, overall there are much better "contemporary" metal acts in all of Europe rather than here in the United States. By the way, thank you for your authentic words concerning our "kult" status, as it's quite a delight!

3.To tell you the truth, I've never watch your state of music till I have an excellent MCD "In The Eyes Of Joldánach". And I regret I don't know you so much...In your music I feel the influence of SLAYER, what are your thoughts about this band and do you like their new album "Diabolica Musica"?

I would Slayer (somewhat) influences the way we were instructed to execute our instrumentations many years ago, so they indulged the fashion of our writing methods, but not our songs. The new Slayer album is fair, as I can only tolerate about four songs on it only. It definetely does not even compare to "Divine Intervention," but then again, they are not Metallica, which is a good thing!

4.You're only three members, when you do some kind of live show, are you three too?

When ABSU tours, we have been previously using a session tyrant by the rank of Mezzadurus, who is the leader of Black/Death paradisio Bloodstorm. ABSU now consists of Shaftiel and thyself only, so we are currently seeking to reconstruct the infamous Cythraul Klan and reform this fucking kult completely! Got any suggestions?

5.I love the hyperfast vocal- unreal...Do you really sing something or only screech anything...ha ha

Mayhem, Impaled Nazarene, Ved Buens Ende, Aura Noir, Vader,Behemoth, Ancient Rites, Dodheimsgard Inferno, Necromantia, (Old) Samael, (Old) Tiamat/Treblinka, Beherit, Unholy, Fleurety, The Gathering, The Third And The Mortal, Agressor, Polluted Inheritance,Desaster, Occult, (Old) Rotting Christ, Varathron, Dark Throne, Thou Art Lord, Enslaved, Merciless, Root, Master's Hammer, Amon, Asphyx,(Old) Pestilence, and a couple of others for contemporary Black/Death material.

8.What are your lyrics about?

Magick, Mythology, Spellcraft, Thoth, Alchemical Sciences, Warding,Weaponry Allaxitonia, Celtic Divination, Ancestral Bloodlust, Death and Immortality.

9.Don't you plan some video releasing like for example SATYRICON did with its "Mother North"?

We already spawned a video for the hymn "Fanatsizing To The Third Of The Pagan Vision (Quoth The Sky, Nevermore) ACT II" back in the early portion of 1994. We shall execute another one for our upcoming, fourth album, "Tara."

10.Could you tell us anything more about you, what do you do when you don't do the music...?

I also perform with such acts as EQUIMANTHORN, PROSCRIPTOR, JUDAS ISCARIOT, HEAVEN'S DEVILS, NECROVORE, MOONROOT, BOURBON STREET, & AGRESSOR. Also, I like to peform tasseomastic rituals with thy mistress, Nadine. She is so beautiful!
