The band was formed at "the Crypt" in the cold winter way down in
the south.
Hank and John had splited up from the "Basic Blues Band"
and they were now
looking for a bass player that could handle "the new sound".
Who could fill the empty place better then Hank´s old fellow,
Andrew? So after
a short period of rehearsal the band stood ready to play at the
Portal Hotel Ballroom
and the success was a fact.
Andrew was slappin that bass of his, John stood up hitting
the snare
and Hank were just singing and so was the crowd |
