Pamphlet Design:
Like all X and X Japan Tour pamphlets (except for the Film Gigs one)
the pamphlet is somewhere between A4 and A3 size.
The Rose&Blood Tour pamphlet has three chapters, the first is photos
and interviews with all five X members, chapter two is an
interview session with all members on the history of X and chapter three is
live photography. As a specialty there is a big "1982-1989 X-family tree"
in the rear of the pamphlet describing how X members changed around
Yoshiki and Toshi until X became X in 1987...
Comment:
The Rose & Blood Tour was X' first tour as a major rock
scene band. During "Burn Out" Tour in '88 they managed the
big jump from Indies to Major and during Rose & Blood Tour in '89 and '90, after releasing "Blue Blood" album X took Japan by storm...
They played over 30 concerts all over the country for more than
half a year... For Yoshiki that was too much, he broke down and
parts of the tour had to be postponed and the fans went
absolutely crazy when X resumed the tour in '90 starting with the
Nippon Budokan Live in Tokyo...
Too bad I did not know anything about X yet at that time!!!!

By the way it is very nice to see how hide chan's style changed through
the years and the pamphlets (laugh)...
 
Wow... Pata as an Irokese! (laugh)... and even a red haired Irokese!!!
And Taiji also almost with red hair as well...
and hide chan in blond... ugh ugh...
Many colors in your hair hide chan! (laugh)...
In some interview somewhere hide chan said that sometimes
he had seven different colors in it... (laugh)...
